How to Download Grids

The Jewish Calendar is the first mitzvah of the Jewish People. Its calculations of months and years have worked without fail for over 3000 years. It is the universally accepted roadmap of Jewish life. How is it then, that we allow this birthright of the Jewish People to be taught in our schools and homes using a visual format that is confusing and a stumbling block?

In order to download monthly or weekly grids, you must first register have a customer number and password assigned to you.

Before every session, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions for the use of these grids for educational purposes only.

Here are some brief suggestions for using the grids:

How to use the Grids in your classroom:

  • Use of the blank grids for notetaking. Teacher uses the complete Animated edition and adds additional information about holidays, parsha, or other observances.
  • Weekly schedule, handwritten by students or printed on back.
  • Daily Journal
  • Hebrew writing practice...month, day, year, holidays.
  • Identifying the icons and describing them.
  • Add your own icons.

School, Organization:

  • Weekly or monthly bulletins, printed on back.
